Vigilance brings together data from your accounting software, payroll software, and internet banking all for review in one place - without any integrations. Users have the position of uploader of batch files, or approver of batch files - one person cannot do both roles, to ensure good governance is set up around payment approval.On top of this, Vigilance utilises the latest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to scan through your payment data. The AI understands what is considered ‘normal’ when it comes to your organisation’s payment behavior. If transactions fall outside of normal behavior, they are labeled as ‘high risk’ or ‘noteworthy’ and brought
