Powell Psychology

As a registered educational psychologist, I am dedicated to enhancing the well-being and learning potential of children. My background as a primary school teacher and my experience as an RTLB have equipped me with valuable insights into the challenges children face. I've worked extensively in both New Zealand and abroad, including at a specialist school in the UK for children with autism. I utilize evidence-based strategies such as PECS, TEACCH, Intensive Interaction, and Sensory Integration to foster communication and learning. My goal is to provide tailored support that empowers children and their families, helping them navigate their unique journeys with confidence and resilience.
