They‘re Jaw’s little cousin - so while you won‘t need a bigger boat, you’re deffo gonna need a bigger stomach. A prized fish & chip shop fav it is a firm, white, boneless fish with low oil content. Freshly fried Rig can initiate a feeding frenzy.
