MotionPlus is an ACC registered osteopathic provider based in Hamilton. At MotionPlus we focus on how we can help reduce your pain through treatment techniques that release stiff muscles, restricted joints and tight fascia structures, followed by take-home exercises. In turn, this gets you back to what you love doing, with less pain and more confidence in your ability. These techniques have been implemented into the sporting community, the weekend warrior, the desk bound office workers and the tradesmen.
