Kiyo-Do Kai Karate

Kia ora! I’m Pania, the heart of Kiyo-Do Kai Karate, where we embrace the spirit of martial arts and community. Our dojo offers a welcoming environment for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We focus on building confidence, discipline, and respect through traditional karate techniques. My passion for teaching stems from my deep connection to te ao Māori and my experience in nurturing others. Here, we not only develop physical skills but also foster resilience and a sense of belonging. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we learn, grow, and support one another. Come experience the transformative power of karate!
