Indigo Restaurant

In 2016, a door opened at "Eggs and More." I was appointed manager and built that restaurant from the ground up. This was my "masterclass" in the industry. By 2018, I was ready for my own legacy. I founded Indigo, starting with wholesale samosas and namkeen that quickly filled the shelves of every Indian grocery store in the country.
