At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we are passionate about crafting exquisite chocolate from the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans sourced globally. Our small factory in Nelson is where the magic happens—we sort, roast, crush, and grind the beans by hand, preserving their natural flavors while using minimal ingredients. Our meticulous process allows us to create small batches of chocolate that celebrate the true essence of cacao, unlike mass-produced alternatives. Collaborating with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we also designed unique packaging that tells the story of our founder, Karl, and the journey of our cacao.
