Dr Aimee Davis – Optimising lives through Gentle Chiropractic

Aimee Davis, founder of Enlight, knew at 14 that she was meant to work in healthcare. After starting on the traditional Chiropractic path, she soon realised there was so much more she could offer. Over the years, she has refined her practice to focus on holistic, gentle, and profound methods of transformation. Aimee has been using NetworkSpinal™ and its related reorganisational healing methods since 2002 in her practices in Maine, USA and here in Auckland, New Zealand where she lives with her love Ian and their son Jack. Aimee has worked with patients of all ages, from newborns to elders, and has a special interest in supporting nervous system regulation, anxiety, chronic tension patterns, and the body changes of pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
