Nestled on land rich in history, Crab Farm Winery has been crafting exceptional wines since the late 1980s. Our vineyards thrive on land that has been in the Jardine family for over a century, with a playful nod to its origins as ‘Crab Farm’ due to its unique tidal pools. Following the 1931 earthquake, the land was elevated, creating the perfect environment for our vines. Today, I, Hamish Jardine, proudly carry on the family legacy as both owner and winemaker.
