With over 50 years of combined experience in ministry, we are passionate about equipping leaders through the Barnabas School of Leadership. Founded by Rowland and Elaine Forman, our mission is to provide biblical training to pastors who lack access to formal education. Inspired by the need discovered during the Global Proclamation Congress, we focus on empowering leaders in underserved regions, particularly in Asia and Africa. Our programs emphasize practical skills, mentorship, and biblical knowledge, ensuring that every pastor can effectively lead and inspire their communities.
