Welcome to Bahar Skin and Body. Skin care needs to be treated as a whole - part of your physical and emotional wellbeing. I see skin issues as the biggest gift your body can give you, although it may not seem like it at the time. Twenty years on, I am extremely grateful for all the teachers and clients I have encountered along the way. Your skin talks to you the only way it knows how, revealing what is happening on a deeper level. I encourage you to view your skin as a living organ that is you.
